THE UPSTAIRS HALL
Above the Stairwell are two steel engravings in birdseye maple frames titled "The Crimean" and "Balaclava".
The walnut settee is the oldest piece in the homestead c. 1690. Note the bronze figure and ebonised timber stand. The Bristol blue glass around the french doors had to be replaced as the vandals smashed the original.
