The Ryan family hold many functions for charity in the ballroom including a period costume
ball each year, also art and craft festivals, weddings and other social functions.
BLACKSMITH & WORKSHOP
The ancient art of wheel wrighting and carriage building is still carried out on the premises.
Many tools and machines of these early trades are on display as well as several early farming
implements.

Hearse, Cobb & Co coach and other vehicles of interest.
This building was erected on the site of the original ballroom in 1970-71, as the original building
was believed to have been demolished during the World War II years when building materials
were scarce. It contains a magnificent mahogany side board c.1850 in the foyer, and a collection
of Miller hanging lamps.
