As we have had a number of bookings fail to show for ghost tours the following applies:
A non refundable $50 deposit per person is required within 7 days for Dinner, Bed, Breakfast Tours to confirm your booking. (no deposit, No Booking)

Investigations
If you wish to conduct a professional investigation at the property the following terms and conditions apply:
* Current liability insurance.
* $500 per day location fee on top of normal tour cost.
* We will not allow Ouija boards, crystals or sage.
* Investigation will be fully monitored by a staff member.

ACCOMMODATION IN MONTE CRISTO HOMESTEAD
We are self-rated (3 stars)
Limited accommodation is available at the homestead.
You will not be staying in the haunted rooms, but in the very comfortable and spacious guest rooms.

Configuration of rooms are as follows:
* Two rooms contain double beds
* Three rooms contain a double and one single bed
* One room contains a double and two singles
Note: you may have to share with persons in your group and this can mean sharing a bed. We have extra mattresses and are more than happy to make up a bed on the floor for you, at your request
