For those travelling to Junee from Melbourne, Sydney and other states.

Junee is approx 6 hours from Melbourne and approx 4 hours from Sydney. The XPT train stops there if you would like to catch the train in. We would be happy to arrange to pick you up from Junee station if you like.

There is a turnoff to Junee from the Hume Hwy, if you miss the Junee turnoff take a Wagga Turnoff. There are easy signs to follow from Wagga Wagga to Junee.

Once in the main town of Junee you will see Monte Cristo up on the hill. If you can find the Railway Station, drive behind it and over the railway lines and you will see a brown tourist sign pointing to Monte Cristo Homestead.
